(Estonia), born in 1977. His first book of poetry was published in 1996, his latest (seventh) in 2007. He founded a literary group called Young Hotshots of Tallin (Tallinna Noored Tegijad) which brought together some of today’s well-known Estonian authors. In addition to poetry, he also writes criticism and prose. His first novel A Dancing City was published in 2007.
