Jovanka Uljarević

(Montenegro), born in 1979. She graduated from philosophy at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. She published the following books of poetry: Before the Flies (2000), Masquerade of prothesis (2003) and In Resin Sandals (2007).
Apart from poetry, she writes prose and essays. Her works have been translated into several languages, presented at numerous literary manifestations in the Balkans and included in a number of anthologies of contemporary poetry and prose. She is a co-editor of the most renowned Montenegro magazine for literature, culture and social issues Ars, and an associate of several web portals dedicated to literature. She is the founder and coordinator of Cyber Art Centre.
