Milan Vincetič

Milan Vincetič (1957, Slovenia) is a poet, a writer, and an editor of numerous books as well as a poetry editor for the Sodobnost magazine. He lives and writes in Prekmurje and has published 15 poetry books since 1981, the last one being Kalends in 2016. Alongside short stories and novels he also writes radio-plays, literary critiques and journalism. His poetry has been included in numerous domestic and foreign anthologies. His works have been translated into various foreign languages. He won the Prešeren Foundation Award in 2005 for his poetry collection Litmus and the Cup of Immortallity Award in 2007, and has been nominated for Veronika and Jenko Awards several times.
