Xavier Farre

Xavier Farre

(Spain, Catalonia), born in 1971. He worked
as a lector at Adam Mickiewicz University in
Pozano, and is currently a lector at the
University of Ljubljana. He is a translator
from Polish. He has translated the awardwinning
anthology of poems by Czesław
Miłosz, two collections of poetry by Adam
Zagajewski, and plays by Kristian Lupo,
including Karamazov Brothers. So far he has
published one book of poetry, titled Llocs
comuns. His second book, Retorns de l’Est
(Tria de poemes 1990-2001), is in print.
