Pernilla Berglund

Pernilla Berglund (1982, Sweden) got her education at Literary Composition at Valand Academy in Gothenburg and at Biskops-Arnö Creative Writing-school and has earned a Master’s Degree in Comparative Literature. The poems of her debut poetry collection Increasing (Tilltar, 2013) examine our relationship with the people who surrond us, in our search for place and location, both geografically and in life. Tilltar got nominated for the Borås Tidnings Debut Award and the book was translated into Danish 2014. Her second collection of poetry, Fälla (Felling) was published in 2015 and got nominated for Svenska Dagbladets Literary Award. Fälla was translated into Russian in 2016. Since 2015 Pernilla Berglund is working as editor of the literary journal Provins, which was awarded as Best Cultural Journal Of The Year in 2016.
