Andreja Mihelin, Mihelin Winery
Our Wicked Tastings! have not been too often in Bizeljsko, but that does not mean there are not any good wine producers there. Since our feelings of guilt did not let us sleep, the young, joyous, up-and-coming Andreja Mihelin will be with us as a representative of the Mihelin Winery, which is in the very heart of Bizeljsko. Their tradition is reaches four generations back, when great-grandfather Vincenc started off with a small vineyard in 1920. His descendants, Andreja and her brother Vinko as the heir to the farm, now cultivate over twenty thousand vines. You guessed it, we will of course have a taste of the red Bizeljčan PTP – a local specialty we cannot afford to miss –, two versions of a Dornfelder, which will be debuting on our wicked events, and the classic sparkling Chardonnay Vincent. Andreja and her wines will definitely win you over!

Gaia Ginevra Giorgi
Gaia Ginevra Giorgi (1992, Italy) is a poet and performer. In 2016, she published her first poetry collection Sisifo (“Sisyphus”), and a year later, her second collection Manovre segrete (“Secret Manoeuvres”). In 2019, Giorgi created a performance Proprio come per le formule magiche (“Just Like the Magic Formulas”), which exceeds mere poetry lyrics by connecting the body, word, and machine. Also in 2019, she published Sylvia Plath. L’altare scuro del sole (“The Dark Altar of the Sun”), which is not only the poet’s biography, but also an insight into the time of Sylvia Plath's life and work. Giorgi's poetry has been translated into Spanish, Romanian, and Turkish.
