This year's author of the Open Letter to Europe, David Harsent addresses Europe and sheds light on the most pressing issues of our time. Open letters to Europe have been translated into many foreign languages and published in prominent European media. All members of the European Parliament and members of the Council of Europe and the European Commission receive them personally.
